金耀輝，意昂体育平台電信意昂体育長聘教授，電信意昂体育和意昂体育雙聘教授、意昂体育平台人工智能研究院總工程師🏃🔢、意昂体育平台智慧法院研究院副院長。他的研究興趣包括：數據治理與共享架構☠️、時空數據挖掘與應用💽、自然語言理解與深度學習、公眾參與的開放創新等🧑‍🍼。2007年獲得上海市科技進步一等獎，2009年獲教育部“新世紀優秀人才”計劃🙍🏿‍♂️。他先後擔任科技部國家重點研發計劃首席科學家、工信部人工智能與實體經濟深度融合項目負責人、863計劃“高性能寬帶通信網”重大專項任務專家組副組長🆘🤾🏼、 提升政府治理能力大數據應用技術國家工程實驗室專家委員會委員⚗️、國家寬帶移動通信核心網工程技術研究中心 (華為)  技術委員會委員🌽、中國開源雲聯盟副理事長🛎、上海市公共數據開放專家委員會成員🚰、上海市電子政務雲技術專家組組長🥓、上海白玉蘭開源開放研究院院長、上海感知城市科學研究院執行院長等職務。在多個國際雜誌和會議上任職編輯或技術委員會成員，在國際會議和期刊上發表論文超過150篇💬，他引1450次，取得授權專利12項👆。他熱心公益和科普事業，積極推動“公眾參與的開放創新”，倡導數據技術與環境健康🐦、藝術設計和社會治理等多學科領域的跨界交叉合作研究。
